Organic is a beginning, not an answer.

Certification tells you what was avoided. It says nothing about where the grain grew, how it lived, or how it tastes. Being organic gets a product considered at Earthenic; it does not get it accepted. We look at the topography, the microclimate, the season, the cultivation practices, and the physical sensory performance in the kitchen before our name is placed on any pack.
