Packing Against Requirement
Because our flours are milled in small runs and our essentials are packed on order, shipments are dispatched according to batch readiness rather than prolonged warehouse staging.
Timelines & Delivery
Orders received prior to our scheduled milling days are batched, stone-ground, and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Domestic transit across major metropolitan hubs is fulfilled via air express logistics within 2 to 4 business days. Regional and tier-two destinations arrive within 4 to 6 business days. Tracking manifests and airway bill details are transmitted via WhatsApp and SMS upon dispatch.
Packaging Integrity
All consignments are packed in breathable, moisture-calibrated barrier pouches designed to preserve natural grain oils during transit.
