Given the single-origin, perishable nature of freshly milled flours and unpolished staples, unopened goods are evaluated on a case-by-case basis through our direct enquiry team.
Batch Resolution & Integrity Guarantee
Should any packaging compromise or transit seal breach occur during transit, notify our concierge within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by photographic evidence and the stamped batch ID. Earthenic will immediately dispatch an archival replacement from the identical or subsequent lot at zero expense, or issue an unconditional settlement.
